Welcome to Custom Craft Co. By placing an order with us or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Products & Customisation

  • All products are custom-made based on the designs, specifications, and wording provided by you.
  • Please ensure all details (names, dates, spellings, colours, etc.) are correct at the time of ordering. Custom Craft Co is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

2. Design Approval

  • A digital proof will be provided upon request before production begins. It is your responsibility to review and approve the design.
  • Once approved, no changes can be made, and Custom Craft Co cannot be held liable for any errors.

3. Payments

  • 50% payment is required before production starts.
  • Payments can be made via EFT, card, or any other payment method offered on our website or order forms.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the agreed price.

4. Production & Lead Times

  • Our standard production time is 5–10 working days from payment or design approval (whichever is later), unless otherwise stated.
  • Lead times may vary depending on order size, complexity, and seasonal demand.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We use trusted third-party couriers to deliver nationwide. Delivery times typically range between 2–5 working days.
  • Custom Craft Co is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect delivery details, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless included in a special promotion.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the personalised nature of our products, no refunds or returns will be accepted for custom items unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess and rectify the issue where appropriate.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before production starts. Once production begins, cancellations or refunds are not possible.
  • A cancellation fee may apply to cover time and design costs.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, content, and images on this website and social media platforms remain the property of Custom Craft Co unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Reproduction or use of our designs without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected will only be used for order processing, communication, and marketing (with consent).
  • We will not sell or share your information with third parties without your permission.

10. Changes to Terms

  • Custom Craft Co reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.
